A unisex label does not remove the need to review the actual fit.

Start the brief with the wearer and use. "High-rise training leggings" is more useful than "premium leggings," but it still leaves several decisions open. Add the target activity, reference size, fit intention, rise, length, leg opening, waistband, gusset, pockets, decoration, fabric, and care route.
The measurement chart should state how each point is taken.
